Shipping & Delivery Policy

Suevia UK values your business and endeavours to make your shopping experience reflective of our values of being friendly, available and reliable, therefore we only use delivery partners who we can rely on.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepped for dispatch within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:30pm may be processed on the next working business day, with a further delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Shipping Costs & Options

Delivery cost is based on consignment weight and dimensions of the products ordered.

£7.55 (0-2kg)  – 2 to 3 working days
£9.35 (2-10kg) – 2 to 3 working days
£14.00 (10-20kg) – 2-3 working days
£28.00 (20-40kg) – 2 to 3 working days
£94.50 (40-200kg) –  2 to 3 working days
FREE shipping for all orders £1500 and over

The size and weight of your item will affect the supplier used, smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail and for larger items we use DPD or a Pallet delivery service.

Tracking

Tracking is available on all orders.

Delays

We aim to deliver all orders within the timescale stated above, however during busy times and exceptional weather conditions deliveries may be delayed. We will try to keep you informed of all possible delays. We cannot be held accountable or responsible for any delays to your items that have been caused by a third party. All delivery times are an estimate only.
